Old Reminders


Inexpensive ornaments, including these, were all I could afford during the early days of my marriage three decades ago. Now I pass such things to my niece, who loves them for being retro.

Daughter's Snowman


Snowmen always make me happy. Since we live in Florida, my daughter has never seen snow. So I put a few snowmen in her room during the holidays.

I love carousels, so a friend bought me this 1991 limited edition collector's plate (designed for the American Lung Association) from a resale shop.
